    Soft background music? Silence? Or made with good sales messages that promote products and services you when they wait? If you do not return to take full advantage of the message, then you stand to lose not only a great marketing opportunity but you lowered your callers to a bad alternative background music or silence.     A message on hold can also be used to answer as many questions of the opening and closing times, your business location and instructions for you. Hold messages on the opportunity to talk to your customers directly - you their full attention. Why not take advantage and use this time to inform, educate and entertain your callers. Also consider using a professional voice over artist and hold on your record a message. They can give you the message is clear and convincing way, and callers do when you maintain a positive experience.
